Each year, City Youth Now provides scholarships to youth in San Francisco who are either currently or previously system-involved, or local, community youth who can demonstrate financial need. These scholarships are awarded to help pay for higher education and vocational expenses. In the past, these scholarships have been awarded to approximately five youth per year, with each scholarship ranging in value from $1,000 to $5,000. The scholarship values and quantities may vary on a yearly basis depending on availability and youth need.
