Your support of the Internship Program will enable City Youth Now to introduce the participants to the world of work, allowing youth to gain the self-confidence, career awareness, financial literacy, and interpersonal competencies needed to succeed in the long term.

Your commitment will assist these youth in making a successful transition to healthy adulthood and economic independence.

Juvenile justice research suggests that attachment to a caring and consistent adult along with involvement in positive, pro-social activities — particularly a job - are critical to reducing juvenile crime and promoting positive youth development. Your generosity will act as the catalyst to this connection.
