City Youth Now's 59th Annual Celebration and Silent Auction Gala

A Toast to Longevity of Service

City Youth Now's 59th Annual Celebration and Silent Auction will be held at San Francisco's Westin St. Francis on Friday, March 20th 2009 at six o'clock in the evening.

This year we will honor three outstanding members of the community, all of whom are committed to improving the welfare of youth in the San Francisco Juvenile Court System. With over 8 decades of service collectively Deputy District Attorney Walter Aldridge, Deputy Public Defender Patty Lee, and Independent Living Skills Program Coordinator Arlene Hylton have each made a significant contribution to the community.

City Youth Now will also bestow The Jesse E. Williams III Memorial Scholarship to an outstanding youth in the Juvenile Probation System as well as The Emancipating to Real Freedom Scholarship to an outstanding youth in the Foster Care System.

At the event, City Youth Now will toast former board president and active member since 1985, Anne DeVincenzi Dito who passed away in October 2008. A fund has been established in her honor. For information on making donations to the fund or to purchase tickets to the event, please contact Brittany Heinrich at brittany@cityyouthnow.org or 415-753-7576.
