Brittany Heinrich is City Youth Now's Executive Director. Brittany joined City Youth Now in February of 2007. Her primary responsibilities include overall leadership and financial oversight for the organization, as well as fundraising and public outreach. She is pleased to be the caretaker of City Youth Now's mission and looks forward to helping it thrive under her stewardship.
Brittany is passionate about the arts, youth, literacy, and travel. After spending four years living, studying, and teaching in France and Quebec, she has returned to California to work in the non-profit sector. She brings with her a vast array of work experience in fundraising, marketing, program development and delivery, brainstorming, fine art, and education. Under Brittany's stewardship, we are confident that City Youth Now will continue to serve the increasing needs and demands of San Francisco's neediest children and continue to grow as an organization.

Susan Stone joined City Youth Now as Program Assistant in March of 2009. Susan first joined City Youth Now in 2006 as an interim Program Director and then as a member of the board of Directors from 2006-2009. Susan has been creating documentary features for public radio since 1979. Thanks to the inspiring work of City Youth Now—which shines a light on the plight of children in duress, and works towards positive outcomes for foster and delinquent youth—she is producing a series of audio poems—http://www.ifthesewallscouldtalk.org by incarcerated youth in California juvenile halls, where Susan is a mediator in restorative justice programs. She is proud to have been associated with City Youth Now since 2006 and thrilled to be overseeing City Youth Now's diverse programs.

Jennifer Ng joined City Youth Now as Administrative Assistant in March 2009. Jennifer originally became involved with City Youth Now through a 9 month internship through San Francisco State University. Jennifer is currently completing her bachelor's degree at SFSU where she participated in a study abroad program in China. At City Youth Now, Jennifer manages student interns, research projects, and assists with the major fundraisers. She brings a passion for helping at risk youth, commitment to services, and desire to make the world a better place.
